Miss Informed is a women's health platform designed to support you across every stage of your health journey. Here's how to get started:
Use the bottom navigation bar (mobile) or the sidebar (desktop) to move between features. Tap the bell icon to view notifications.
Creating an account: New users can join by invitation. If you received an invite email, follow the link to set up your account.
Logging in: Use the email address associated with your account. If you're having trouble logging in, try the password reset steps below.
Updating your profile: Go to Profile → edit your name, age, health interests, and bio. Changes save automatically.
Switching between light and dark mode: Open Settings and toggle the Dark Mode switch, or use the button in the sidebar footer.

Miss Informed is currently free to use. There are no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases at this time.
If paid features are introduced in the future, this section will be updated with billing details, refund policies, and instructions for managing your subscription.

Yes. Your personal health data (period tracking, symptoms, journal entries) is tied to your account and not shared with other users. Community posts and reviews are visible to others by design. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. Miss Informed provides educational content and community support, but it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Predictions are estimates based on the data you log. The more consistently you track, the more accurate they become. They are not guaranteed and should not be used as contraception.
Yes. Location is only used for the Find Providers feature to show nearby healthcare providers. You can manually enter a city or zip code instead.
Go to Community, browse available groups, and tap Join on any group that interests you. You can participate in discussions and events once you've joined.
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts. This permanently removes your discussions, replies, tracking entries, saved articles, and friendships. See the Privacy & Account Deletion section below for details.

To delete your account and data:
This removes your discussions, replies, period and menopause tracking entries, saved articles, and friendship connections. Some anonymized or community-shared content may remain in aggregate form as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is available in-app at no charge.
